Pay for carnival entry and record your order ID
You will need your order ID when filling in the survey (e.g. 133)
You can pay for multiple competitor entries in the one order. Short memory then check your email for payment ID
2) FILL IN THIS ENTRY SURVEY
1 entry per competitor
Please do not repeatedly fill in the survey for the same competitor
Once you have clicked Submit then it has gone through. If in doubt see below
3) CHECK DID I FILL IN A SURVEY
