Entry includes food at the post event function.
Each team must include 1 master over the age of 50.
ENTRY STEPS
1) PAY
Pay carnival entry and record your order ID
You will need this when filling in the survey (e.g. 133).
You can pay for multiple competitor entries in the one order. Short memory, then check your email for payment ID.
2) FILL IN THIS SURVEY ENTRY SURVEY
1 entry per competitor. Please do not repeatedly fill in the survey for the same competitor.
Once you have clicked Submit then it has gone through. If in doubt, see below.
3) CHECK DID I FILL IN A SURVEY
